Every MYDGID card has a built-in contact/enquiry form. When visitors fill it, you receive their details instantly — in your dashboard and by email.

What Information Is Captured

Visitor name, email address, phone number, and message — all captured when they submit the form. Timestamp of when the enquiry was submitted.

Where Do Leads Go?

Leads appear immediately in your dashboard under the "Leads" tab. An email notification is also sent to your registered email address for each new lead.

Exporting Leads

Go to Dashboard → Leads → Export CSV. Download all your leads as an Excel-compatible spreadsheet for follow-up.
