• Card content: Profile photo, bio, services, social links, and other content you add to your card
• Payment info: Transaction IDs and invoice data (we do NOT store card/bank details — handled by Razorpay)
• Usage data: Card views, click events, IP addresses (for analytics and fraud prevention)
• Lead data: Contact details submitted by visitors to your card

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• To process payments and send GST invoices
• To send transactional emails (OTP, payment confirmation, reminders)
• To show you analytics about your card performance
• To prevent fraud and ensure platform security

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Razorpay: For payment processing (their Privacy Policy applies)
• Hostinger: Our hosting provider where data is stored on Indian servers
• Legal authorities: When required by law

4. Your Card is Public

When you publish your card, the information you add (name, photo, phone, services, etc.) becomes publicly accessible at your card URL. You control what information appears on your card from your dashboard.

5. Data Retention

• Your card data and account are retained indefinitely — we never delete them even if your subscription lapses
• You may request account deletion by contacting us at support@mydgid.com
• After deletion request, data is removed within 30 days

6. Cookies

We use session cookies for login authentication only. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security: HTTPS/TLS, BCrypt password hashing, prepared SQL statements, and regular security audits. No system is 100% secure — please use a strong password.

8. Your Rights (IT Act 2000 / PDPB)

• Access your data from your dashboard at any time
• Update or delete your card content at any time
• Request full account deletion via email
• Opt out of marketing emails (transactional emails cannot be opted out)

9. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
