Acceptable Use Policy
What users can and cannot publish or do on MYDGID profiles, landing pages and event pages.
1. Permitted Uses
- Creating a genuine digital identity, profile, portfolio or business presence page.
- Sharing contact actions, QR links, WhatsApp, social profiles, services and proof blocks.
- Publishing landing pages or event pages for legitimate business, professional or community activity.
- Collecting real leads or enquiries from interested visitors.
2. Prohibited Content
- False credentials, fake qualifications, impersonation or misleading claims.
- Illegal, defamatory, hateful, explicit, violent, gambling, weapon, drug or scam content.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.
- Malware, phishing, deceptive links or unsafe downloads.
- Spam, unsolicited promotions or abusive lead collection.
3. Prohibited Conduct
- Attempting to hack, overload, scrape or disrupt MYDGID systems.
- Creating multiple accounts to avoid restrictions or enforcement.
- Using another user's username, brand or identity without permission.
- Misrepresenting pricing, plan features or MYDGID affiliation.
4. Regulated Professionals
Doctors, lawyers, chartered accountants, financial advisors and other regulated professionals are responsible for ensuring their public identity follows applicable professional rules, advertising rules and disclosure requirements.
5. Reporting and Enforcement
Report violations at support@mydgid.com with the public URL and issue details. MYDGID may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts or terminate accounts where required.
