Acceptable Use Policy

This policy governs how you may use the MYDGID platform. Violations may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

1. Permitted Uses

• Creating and sharing your genuine professional digital visiting card
• Displaying your real services, portfolio, and verified credentials
• Collecting business leads from potential clients
• Sharing your card on social media, WhatsApp, and professional networks
• Using your QR code on printed materials for professional purposes
• Accepting payments from genuine clients via your UPI pay button

2. Prohibited Content

You must not publish any content on MYDGID that:

• Is false, misleading, or fraudulent — including fake credentials, fabricated qualifications, or impersonation
• Infringes any intellectual property, trademark, or copyright of any third party
• Is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or promotes discrimination
• Contains explicit sexual content or nudity
• Promotes illegal activities, drugs, weapons, or gambling
• Advertises fraudulent schemes, pyramid schemes, or multi-level marketing
• Contains malware, viruses, or any malicious code
• Violates any applicable Indian law including the IT Act 2000 or IPC

3. Prohibited Conduct

• Reverse-engineering, hacking, or disrupting the MYDGID platform
• Using automated bots or scrapers to access or extract data
• Creating multiple accounts to evade suspension
• Using MYDGID to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages
• Misrepresenting your identity, profession, or qualifications
• Using another person's card URL or impersonating another user

4. Regulated Professionals

Doctors, lawyers, CAs, architects, and other regulated professionals must ensure their MYDGID card complies with all relevant professional body regulations and codes of conduct. Advertising claims must be truthful.

5. Reporting Violations

Report violations at support@mydgid.com with the card URL and details. We investigate within 5 business days.

6. Enforcement

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend, or permanently terminate any account found in violation of this policy, without prior notice in cases of serious violations.
