How MYDGID handles account deletion, public profile removal, recovery windows and legally required retained records.

Request deletion Users can request account deletion from dashboard or support.
Recovery window A recovery window may apply before permanent erasure.
Compliance records Payment and legal records may be retained where required.
1. Your Deletion Rights

You may request deletion of your MYDGID account and associated personal data. Deletion is different from cancelling a paid subscription or hiding public content.

2. How to Request Deletion
  • Use the account settings area in your dashboard where available.
  • Email support@mydgid.com from your registered email address.
  • Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request - your username".
  • We may verify your identity before processing deletion.
3. Deletion Timeline

ProcessingAccount and profile data are queued for deletion after identity verification.
Recovery windowIf a recovery window is active, you may contact support to restore the account before final deletion.
Permanent deletionEligible account, profile, upload, lead and analytics records are removed from active systems.
4. What Gets Deleted
  • Account profile details such as name, username, email and mobile number, subject to compliance needs.
  • Public identity content, bio, services, portfolio, pages and event content.
  • Uploaded media connected to the account.
  • Lead submissions and profile analytics linked to the account, where eligible for deletion.
5. What May Be Retained

Some records may be retained where required for payment, tax, fraud prevention, security, dispute handling, backup integrity or legal compliance. Retained records are limited to the purpose that requires retention.

6. Search Engines and Third Parties

After deletion or unpublishing, search engines and third-party platforms may take time to remove cached previews. MYDGID can remove its own public pages, but cannot directly erase copies from independent third-party services.
