Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all paid plans on MYDGID, operated by Girijee Tech Innovation Private Limited (GSTIN: 19AALCG7598M1Z0).

1. One-Time Activation Fee

The one-time activation fee of ₹599 + 18% GST = ₹706.82 is non-refundable once your card has been activated and made publicly accessible, as the service is delivered immediately upon payment. If a technical issue prevented activation after payment, contact us within 48 hours at support@mydgid.com.

2. Monthly Subscription

After your 30-day free period, a recurring subscription of ₹99 + 18% GST = ₹116.82/month is charged via Razorpay auto-debit. You may cancel anytime from Dashboard → Plan → Cancel Subscription.

4. Account Deletion vs Cancellation

Cancelling your subscription keeps your account and all data intact. To permanently delete your account and data, use Dashboard → Settings → Delete Account. Account deletion is subject to a 7-day processing period with a 30-day recovery window.
