Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all MYDGID free and paid plans.

1. Free Identity Plan

The Free Identity plan has no activation fee and no recurring billing. You do not need to cancel it to avoid charges. You may unpublish your identity profile or delete your account from the dashboard.

2. Paid Subscription Plans

Paid plans renew monthly after a user selects a paid plan and completes Razorpay checkout. You may cancel a paid subscription from Dashboard -> Plan when billing is active.

4. Account Deletion vs Cancellation

Cancelling a paid subscription keeps your account and saved data intact. To permanently delete your account and data, use Dashboard -> Settings -> Delete Account. Account deletion is subject to a processing and recovery window.
