Terms of Service
The rules for using MYDGID digital identity, profile, landing page, event page and subscription features.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, publishing a MYDGID profile, or using any MYDGID service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. What MYDGID Provides
MYDGID is a digital identity platform for professionals, creators, organisations and businesses. Depending on your plan, you can publish a public identity link, profile sections, QR-ready sharing, portfolio content, lead forms, landing pages, event pages and related business presence tools.
3. Accounts and Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate account information.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
- You must not impersonate another person, business, brand or organisation.
- You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of the content you publish.
- Paid services should be used only by users who are legally able to purchase them.
4. Plans, Billing and Paid Access

Paid checkout is processed through Razorpay. Paid features may pause if a subscription expires, payment fails, or billing is cancelled. Your Free Identity access and saved account data remain subject to the applicable free-plan limits.
5. Prohibited Use
You must not use MYDGID for illegal, fraudulent, harmful, misleading, defamatory, impersonation, spam, malware, adult, gambling, weapons, or abusive content. Regulated professionals must follow their applicable professional rules.
6. Public Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you upload. By publishing content on MYDGID, you allow MYDGID to display that content through your public profile, pages, previews, QR links and related platform features. MYDGID branding, interface and platform assets remain owned by MYDGID.
7. Cancellation, Refunds and Data Deletion
Cancellation, refund and account deletion requests are handled according to the relevant MYDGID policies. Please review the Cancellation Policy, Refund Policy and Data Deletion Policy.
8. Liability and Changes
MYDGID is provided on an as-available basis. We work to keep the platform reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update these Terms when the product, pricing, legal requirements, or platform operations change.
