Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using MYDGID ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

MYDGID provides a digital identity card platform allowing users to create, publish, and share professional digital cards at a unique URL (mydgid.com/username).

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining your account security.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts may be terminated.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

4. Pricing & Payments

• Activation fee: ₹599 + 18% GST = ₹706.82 (one-time)
• Free period: 30 days from activation date
• Monthly subscription: ₹99 + 18% GST = ₹116.82/month via auto-debit (eMandate/NACH)
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store card/bank details.
• GST invoices are emailed after every payment.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. Your card remains live until the end of the current billing period. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

6. Data & Card Content

• Your card data is never deleted, even if subscription lapses.
• Unpaid accounts will have cards unpublished (hidden) but data remains safe.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information on your card.
• You must not use MYDGID for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.

7. Prohibited Content

You may not publish content that is: illegal, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit, fraudulent, or that impersonates another person or organization.

8. Intellectual Property

MYDGID and its branding are owned by Girijee Tech Innovation Private Limited. You retain ownership of content you upload. By publishing, you grant us a license to display your content via the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

MYDGID is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you via email for material changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hooghly, West Bengal.
