Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using MYDGID ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

MYDGID provides a digital identity platform that lets users create, publish, and share digital cards, link-in-bio profiles, landing pages, and event pages depending on their plan.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining your account security.
• One account per person or organization unless we approve otherwise.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use paid services.

4. Pricing & Payments

• Free Identity: free lifetime basic identity profile with no activation fee.
• Pro Card: Rs. 99/month for advanced digital identity and link-in-bio features.
• Growth Pages: Rs. 249/month for Pro Card plus 1 landing page and 1 event page.
• Business Suite: Rs. 499/month for up to 5 landing pages and 5 event pages.
• Paid plan checkout is processed by Razorpay. MYDGID does not store card, UPI, or bank credentials.
• Payment receipts are emailed after successful paid transactions.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel a paid subscription from the dashboard when billing is active. Your paid features remain available until the end of the current billing period. Please refer to our Refund Policy for refund details.

6. Data & Public Content

• Your saved profile data remains safe unless you request account deletion.
• Free Identity profiles are not removed because of unpaid activation fees; there is no activation fee in the current model.
• Paid features may pause if a paid subscription expires or payment fails.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information on your public pages.
• You must not use MYDGID for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or impersonation purposes.

7. Prohibited Content

You may not publish content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit, fraudulent, misleading, or that impersonates another person or organization.

8. Intellectual Property

MYDGID and its branding are owned by MYDGID. You retain ownership of content you upload. By publishing content, you grant us a license to display it through the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

MYDGID is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may notify users by email or dashboard notice for material changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hooghly, West Bengal.
