Do I need technical skills?
No. Create your identity profile by filling a dashboard form. No coding, hosting or domain setup is required.
Can I update anytime?
Yes. You can update your profile from the dashboard and changes appear immediately.

Is MYDGID free?
Yes. Free Identity is a lifetime free identity-link plan with no activation fee.
What are the paid plans?
Pro Card is Rs. 99/month, Growth Pages is Rs. 249/month, and Business Suite is Rs. 499/month.
Why upgrade from free?
Upgrade when you need advanced profile sections, stronger lead tools, landing pages, event pages, and business campaign features.
Will landing pages require AI cost?
No by default. Landing pages and event pages use editable templates and user-provided content. Document Upload Assist can extract TXT, DOCX and text-based PDF content without external AI generation cost.
What payment methods are supported?
Paid plans use Razorpay-supported methods such as UPI, cards, net banking and wallets when checkout is active for the selected plan.
Features
Can I have my own URL?
Yes. Your identity URL is mydgid.com/yourname.
Can my identity link work like a landing page?
Yes. The product direction is to make the main identity profile feel like a professional profile and conversion page, with separate landing pages available on higher plans.
Can I create landing pages?
Yes. Growth Pages includes 1 landing page, and Business Suite includes up to 5 landing pages. Each page can use templates, lead forms, WhatsApp CTA and profile-based URLs.
Can I create event pages?
Yes. Growth Pages includes 1 event page, and Business Suite includes up to 5 event pages. Event pages support date, venue, RSVP, ticket/contact links and share-ready URLs.
Can I upload a document to build page content?
Yes. Document Upload Assist can extract readable text from TXT, DOCX and text-based PDF files so you can reuse your own content inside landing pages or event pages.
Can I add photos and video?
Yes. The card supports profile photo, cover image, portfolio, videos and intro media depending on the section.
How do leads work?
Visitors can submit an inquiry form. You can view leads in your dashboard.
