Affiliate Program Terms

These terms govern participation in the MYDGID Affiliate Program.
1. Commission Structure

| Referred user creates a free card | No cash commission |
| Referred user upgrades to a paid plan | Commission may apply as announced in dashboard |
| Monthly renewal | No recurring commission unless explicitly announced |
Commission rates are announced inside the dashboard and may change with notice. Confirmed commissions remain visible in the Earn tab.
2. Eligibility
- Must be a registered MYDGID user
- Must have a valid Indian UPI ID for withdrawals
- Self-referrals are not permitted
- Referrals from the same device or IP may be flagged for review
3. Referral Tracking
- Referrals are tracked via:
mydgid.com/register.php?ref=YOURCODE
- Commission is credited only when the referred user completes the eligible paid upgrade event
- First-click attribution applies unless suspicious activity is detected
4. Withdrawal
- Minimum withdrawal amount is shown in the dashboard
- Payments are made via UPI after approval
- Applicable tax deductions may apply under Indian law
- You are responsible for declaring affiliate income in your ITR
5. Prohibited Practices
The following may result in disqualification and forfeiture of unpaid commissions:
- Creating fake accounts to generate commissions
- Misleading or deceptive promotion of MYDGID
- Spam email, SMS, or WhatsApp campaigns
- Bidding on branded keywords in paid advertising
- Making false claims about MYDGID features or pricing
- Self-referral using separate accounts
6. Disclosure Requirement
When promoting MYDGID, you must clearly disclose that you may earn a commission if users sign up or upgrade through your link.
7. Program Changes
We may modify commission rates, eligibility rules, or program availability with notice. Earned confirmed commissions remain payable subject to the withdrawal rules.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hooghly, West Bengal.
