Refund Policy

Summary: We offer a fair refund policy. If you face issues due to our platform, we will refund. Refunds are not provided for change-of-mind after service delivery.
1. Activation Fee (₹706.82)
- Refund within 7 days: If you are unable to use the Service due to a technical issue on our end that we cannot resolve, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of payment.
- No refund after 7 days: The activation fee is non-refundable after 7 days as the Service has been delivered and your 30-day free period has begun.
- Change of mind: Not eligible for refund after account activation.
2. Monthly Subscription (₹116.82/month)
- Monthly charges are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
- You may cancel anytime from your dashboard — cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period.
- No partial refunds for unused days in a billing period.
- If a payment was charged in error (e.g., double charge), we will refund the extra amount within 5 business days.
3. Failed Payments
- If your payment failed but amount was debited, it will be automatically refunded by Razorpay/your bank within 5–7 business days.
- Contact us at support@mydgid.com with your payment ID if this doesn't happen.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@mydgid.com with:
- Your registered email address
- Razorpay Payment ID (from your GST invoice)
- Reason for refund request
We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to original payment method.
5. GST on Refunds
Refunds will be processed for the full amount paid including GST. A credit note will be issued as required under GST regulations.
