Refund Policy

Summary: Free Identity has no activation fee. Paid subscription refunds are reviewed fairly when there is a technical issue, duplicate charge, or billing error.
1. Free Identity Plan
- The Free Identity plan has no activation fee and no monthly billing.
- Because no payment is collected for the free plan, no refund applies to that plan.
2. Paid Subscription Plans
- Paid plan charges are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle has started and service is available.
- If you cannot use paid features due to a technical issue caused by MYDGID and we cannot resolve it, we may approve a refund.
- No partial refunds are provided for unused days after voluntary cancellation.
- If a payment was charged in error, such as a duplicate charge, we will refund the extra amount after verification.
3. Failed Payments
- If your payment failed but money was debited, Razorpay or your bank usually reverses it automatically within 5-7 business days.
- Contact us with your payment ID if the reversal does not happen.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@mydgid.com with:
- Your registered email address
- Razorpay payment ID or receipt reference
- Reason for refund request
- Screenshots or error details, if applicable
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are usually processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
5. Taxes and Receipts
Refunds will be processed according to the applicable amount paid and relevant payment gateway rules. Any required receipt update or credit note will be handled as per applicable regulations.
