Payment Terms
Understand MYDGID payment terms for free identity, paid trials, monthly plans, Razorpay billing, receipts and GST-inclusive pricing.
1. Current Plan Display

2. Payment Gateway
Paid subscriptions are processed through Razorpay. MYDGID does not store card numbers, UPI credentials, net banking passwords or wallet credentials.
3. Accepted Payment Methods
Available payment methods are shown by Razorpay at checkout and may include UPI, cards, net banking, wallets or other supported options.
4. Billing Cycle and Failed Payments
- Free Identity has no recurring billing.
- Paid subscriptions renew according to the billing terms shown at checkout.
- If a payment fails, Razorpay may retry and MYDGID may notify you.
- Paid features may pause if payment remains unresolved.
5. Payment Disputes
For billing questions, email support@mydgid.com with your registered email and Razorpay reference. We aim to review genuine disputes within 7 business days.
