Payment Terms

These terms apply to all transactions on MYDGID, operated by Girijee Tech Innovation Private Limited (GSTIN: 19AALCG7598M1Z0).

1. Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). GST at 18% is charged as applicable under Indian GST law on digital services.

2. Payment Gateway

All payments are processed securely by Razorpay Payment Solutions Pvt Ltd, a licensed payment aggregator regulated by RBI. We do not store your card, UPI, or net banking credentials.

3. Accepted Payment Methods

• UPI: PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM, and all UPI-enabled apps
• Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, RuPay
• Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
• Net Banking: All major Indian banks
• Wallets: Paytm, Mobikwik, and other supported wallets

4. Billing Cycle

• Activation fee charged at time of card activation
• 30-day free period begins immediately after activation
• Monthly subscription begins after the 30-day free period
• 3-day grace period on payment failure before card is unpublished

5. GST Invoice

A GST-compliant tax invoice is automatically sent to your registered email after every successful payment. Our GSTIN: 19AALCG7598M1Z0. For invoices with your company GSTIN, email support@mydgid.com within 30 days of payment.

6. Failed Payments

If your monthly payment fails: Razorpay retries automatically → you receive an email notification → 3-day grace period applies → if unresolved, card is unpublished. Your data remains safe — reactivate by updating your payment method.

7. Disputes

For payment disputes, contact support@mydgid.com within 30 days of the transaction. We resolve genuine disputes within 7 business days.
