These terms apply to free and paid MYDGID plans.

1. Pricing

There is no activation fee for publishing the Free Identity profile. Paid plan pricing is displayed clearly before checkout.

2. Payment Gateway

Paid plan payments are processed securely by Razorpay. MYDGID does not store card, UPI, or net banking credentials.

5. Payment Receipt

A payment receipt is automatically sent to your registered email after every successful paid transaction. For receipt corrections, email support@mydgid.com.

6. Failed Payments

If a paid subscription payment fails, Razorpay may retry the payment and MYDGID may notify you by email or dashboard notification. If payment remains unresolved, paid features may pause. Your Free Identity profile and saved data remain safe.

7. Disputes

For payment disputes, contact support@mydgid.com within 30 days of the transaction. We aim to resolve genuine disputes within 7 business days.
