Paid subscriptions unlock advanced MYDGID features for the selected billing period. If a technical issue prevents access to paid features after payment, contact support@mydgid.com within 48 hours for resolution.
Monthly fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. Cancel anytime to stop future charges. No refund is issued for the month already paid.
If MYDGID fails to deliver the service due to a technical error on our side, a refund or credit will be issued. Contact support@mydgid.com with your payment details.
Email support@mydgid.com with your registered email address, the transaction ID, and the reason for the request. We respond within 1 business day.
