MYDGID Auto Renewal — How It Works

MYDGID uses Razorpay's subscription system for automatic monthly billing. Here is everything you need to know about auto-renewal.

How Auto-Renewal Works

When you publish your MYDGID card, a Razorpay subscription is created automatically. After your paid plan trial, Razorpay auto-debits Rs. 99 (Rs. 99) from your payment method on your billing date each month.

Setting Up Auto-Pay

When you Choose a paid upgrade, Razorpay prompts you to enable autopay. Approve the autopay mandate via your UPI app or bank. Once approved, billing is fully automatic — no action needed each month.

How to Cancel Auto-Renewal

Dashboard → Plan tab → Cancel Subscription. Your card stays live until the end of the current billing period. Auto-debit stops immediately upon cancellation.

What Happens If Payment Fails

Razorpay retries the payment automatically. You receive an email notification. A 3-day grace period is provided before your card is unpublished. Update your UPI or card details to resume billing.
